TVP is a political action committee founded by Shelby County Mayor Lee Harris, and other TN leaders, to support building Tennessee Voter Registration and Grassroots Voter Turnout in Tennessee. The Memphis and West Tennessee AFL-CIO Labor Council represents over 40 unions and 20,000 union members. Not only is my union--UCW-CWA 3865 a member of the Council, but so is the United Steel Workers Local 7655 union of workers at the Carrier Plant in Collierville.
